Takedown Requests

We take the safety and security of our visitors and customers seriously. If you come across something you don’t think should be accessible via URL Melter, you can submit a request for us to take it down.

Overview

In order to get a link removed, you should provide us with as much detail as possible. This will allow us to quickly review the link and to make an honest assessment of the situation. If the URL violates our Terms of Service, we will take action to remove it or warn users when they visit.

Contact Us

You should email [email protected] with the subject line "URL Melter Takedown Request".

In your email, please include the following information:

• The link you want to remove (e.g. pgj.cc/xyzabc)
• The reason you believe the link should be removed
• A broad category for how the content breaches our Terms of Service (e.g. phishing, copyright, etc.)
• Your full name
• Your email address (if different)

Law Enforcement

If you are a member of law enforcement or a government official, please use your official agency email address and provide a phone number at which we can contact you. For urgent requests (requiring action within 8 hours), please contact [email protected] instead.
